PUNDIT LAW FIRM, LLC has been treating every client with respect and integrity while providing exceptional legal services for over a decade.

Nik is admitted to practice law in both the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New York.  Nik is also a Massachusetts Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Massachusetts Notary Public, and an Eagle Scout.

Nik earned his J.D. Degree from Vermont Law School, where he achieved the Academic Excellence Award in Commercial Arbitration, as well as the Academic Excellence Award in Legal Profession.  Nik was the 1st Circuit Lt. Governor of the American Bar Association L.S.D., Co-Chair of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and President of the Men's Rugby Football Club. 

Nik graduated cum laude with his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the Commonwealth Honors College of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  As an undergraduate, Nik was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and an ALANA Scholar, and served as a Student Representative on the Academic Honesty Board.

Nik was previously employed at Wealth and Tax Advisory Services LLC in New York City, the WilmerHale Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School, the Vermont Bar Association, and Ball Janik LLP in Washington, D.C..  He guest lectured in "Anglo-American Commercial and Contract Law" at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany.  Nik has also served in the offices of the late Senator Edward Kennedy, Congressman Marty Meehan, and State Representative Susan Pope.  

Nik has been active in a number of professional organizations including the Massachusetts Bar Association, American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and New York County Lawyers' Association.  

Nik volunteers for various organizations including the Volunteer Lawyers Project, SERV (Settlement and Early Resolution Volunteers), and Harlem Lacrosse.

Nik and his wife Jessica enjoy living in Boston and traveling.
